Test-tube meat: The long road to perfect artificial pulp

Vladimir Mironov is bioengineer and is working to produce artificial meat. The project started ten years ago, when NASA was looking for sources of protein for long trips. This one has already been found but in certain plants. Well financed the PETA work.
