Nothing we had not had before the "outbreak" of conscription debate in the bag, but formulated the beautiful. Presents itself on Tuesday of the SPÖ and ÖVP agreed revision of the security doctrine. Compared to schwarz-blau/orangen "update" the NATO option was again secured by a commitment to neutrality. The conscription, postponing it because of the end of 2010 a decision you have excluded.
